Faculty

Our teachers are handpicked after rounds of selection and discussion.  Our teacher team comprises teachers who are people with strength, confidence and open minds. We share our vision with them during our teacher orientation programmes and our inservice training programmes.  This programme is mandatory for each teacher who joins our family.

Under our In-house training programme we focus on the four aspects of a Teacher’s persona—mainly teacher as a person, pastor, facilitator of learning and an interface between various stakeholders.  Considering that a teacher has a multifaceted role to play in a child’s life, the various aspects of development under each vertical are designed.

Through our training programmes we not only enable our teachers to understand how children learn but also develop in them a strong sense of professionalism and accountability.
